Warren Life Foundation: Will & Estate Planning Sessions

Warren Life Foundation, in partnership with the Georgia Baptist Foundation, is sponsoring a Will & Estate Planning Event at Warren Augusta Campus. Sign-up for a one-hour appointment to obtain three important documents for your family: Last Will and Testament, General Durable Power of Attorney, and a combination Living Will and Healthcare Surrogate. Warren Life Foundation makes these services available to Warren members at greatly reduced costs (details available here).

In order to prepare your documents, you will need to bring the completed Confidential Estate Planning Interview Form packet to your appointment. Download the Confidential Estate Planning Interview Form, click here. If you are unable to print documents, contact Margaret Huffman to have a packet mailed to you.

This is available to both Augusta and Grovetown campuses, but all appointments will be on the Augusta campus.

Appointments will be available on Sunday, Sep 27 from 1 pm-8 pm and on Monday, Sep 28 from 9 am-7 pm.
