Front Office Receptionist & Ministry Assistant
Augusta Campus | Part Time
Monday – Thursday | 12:30 pm – 5:00pm
The principle function of this position is to support the ministries of Warren Church by generally being the first point of contact with both church members and other people from the community when they contact the church office for assistance. The Front Office Receptionist must be both an excellent communicator and strong administrator. They must comfortably interact with individuals of all professional levels on the phone and in person. This position is under the direction of the Executive Pastor. Qualifications: A mature, growing, and passionate relationship with Jesus Christ. Training, education, and experience appropriate for fulfilling job requirements. Highly relational with proven administrative skills and abilities. Ability and flexibility to work within and as a part of the church ministry team. Areas of Responsibility: Meet & greet visitors, assist with needs, call appropriate ministry area for further direction if needed. Answer phone calls, assist caller or transfer to the appropriate ministry area. Prepare and manage Hospital List daily. Sort & distribute mail daily. Receive and record Wednesday PM Meal Reservations. Collect ticket sales for Special Events. Assist Ministers and Ministry Assistants with miscellaneous duties that will not conflict with assigned tasks. Assist with Life Group attendance for Staff Report. Reconcile monthly VISA statements for Mature Adult Pastor. Keep office and reception area neat and free of clutter. Order LifeWay Curriculum quarterly and distribute to Life Groups. Assist with Funeral Preparations. Any and all other tasks necessary to accomplish the mission and vision of Warren Church.
Life Group Ministry Assistant
Augusta Campus | Part Time
To serve the church by providing the Pastor of Family Life Care with administrative assistance and who is committed to the advancement of the gospel and the kingdom of God through the missions and the ministry of Warren Church. This is a Sunday - Thursday position with up to 29 flexible hours. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Administratively competent & compassionate; proficient and efficient written and spoken communicator with compassion and consideration; someone who is willing to work hard and have fun; has a good thinking brain and good feeling heart; willing to consider “outside the box ideas” and new ways of doing things; an idea-generator and a work-generator; self-starter and a task completer; an above and “beyonder”; someone who can receive instructions, training, and correction, but isn’t afraid to do things in their own way; a team player who can also work alone. Qualifications: Proficient in Word, Excel, emails, and is willing to learn new management systems such as Asana, TouchPoint, Canva, Jotform, and ProPresenter; someone with the 4 C’s….Character, Competency, Chemistry, and Committed.
Day Shift Custodian
Belvedere Campus | Full Time
We are seeking a team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude. This is a Sunday - Thursday day shift position. There will be an occasional need to work outside of your regular schedule for special events. Applicant should be able to work in an ethical and professional manner and willingly work with staff and church members to create a welcoming, well-maintained, safe, clean facility. Duties and Responsibilities: keeps building offices in clean and orderly condition; set up, break down, and clean up for events and services; performs heavy cleaning duties; sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors; gathers and empties trash; scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities; cleans windows, and mirrors; follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures; notifies managers regarding the need for repairs. Worker Requirements: knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures; ability to stand, walk, and bend for many hours; ability to perform repetitive motion for long periods of time; good communication skills; ability to lift heavy objects (tables, chairs, etc.); reliable transportation. Children's Ministry Assistant

Our Kids@Warren school age division is looking for a high energy and organized person with good communication skills to prepare resources and ministry areas for our Sunday and Wednesday night ministries. This is a part-time position that would begin effective immediately and would include both Sunday morning and Wednesday nights. Light administrative tasks and serving with children would be required.

Our Wellness Floor position helps maintain facility cleanliness, monitor member safety and instruct members how to use equipment. Previous job experience in a fitness related field encouraged, but not required. Must be able to stand on your feet up to 6 hours and lift items up to 45lbs. Warren Sports and Fitness Childcare employees are responsible for providing quality care of children, ages 8 weeks – completed PreK4, for WSF members. Hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM. Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and security of all children; Maintain a clean environment by thoroughly cleaning toys and surface areas; Interact with members, children and co-workers in a positive manner; Able to kneel, get up and down off the floor and lift children as needed; Follow all policies and procedures.
