Administrative Assistant
Belvedere Campus | Part Time | 20 hours
We are seeking a dependable and welcoming part-time Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations at the Belvedere Campus. This role serves as a key point of contact for guests, members, and ministry leaders while providing administrative, scheduling, and communication support. The ideal candidate is organized, service-minded, and able to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and care.
Sports League Assistant
Seasonal | 18-22 hrs/week
Sports League Assistant supports the Warren Sports & Fitness Ministry by assisting the Sports Director with league operations, events, and spiritual engagement. Responsibilities include managing fields and equipment, attending practices and games, leading devotions, ensuring player safety, and helping plan additional athletic events. Candidates should demonstrate a mature relationship with Christ, strong leadership and teamwork skills, and a passion for ministry through sports. This role fosters community enrichment and spiritual growth among athletes, families, and staff while upholding Warren’s mission to glorify God through recreation.
Childcare Coordinator
Augusta Campus | Part Time | 16-20 Hours
A Childcare Coordinator is caring, organized, and passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for preschoolers and their families. In this role, you will help lead and support childcare employees, coordinate schedules, and oversee childcare for WSF gym childcare and Preschool Ministry events. This is a wonderful opportunity for a Christ-centered leader with a heart for children, families, and serving through ministry.
Weekday Preschool 2026-2027 School Year
Augusta Campus | Part Time | Monday-Thursday
Our private, faith-based weekday preschool is seeking caring and dedicated teachers, assistants, and substitutes to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We serve children ages 8 months through kindergarten and are committed to providing a nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environment grounded in Christian values.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who enjoy working with young children and are committed to supporting their growth academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons, preparing and maintaining a safe and engaging classroom environment, and supporting children’s developmental needs while fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere for students and families.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have an understanding of preschool children, their abilities, and learning styles, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. All candidates must successfully complete a background check prior to employment; experience working with young children is preferred but not required, along with a heart for serving in a faith-based learning environment.

Childcare employees will be responsible for providing quality care of children, ages 8 weeks – PreK4, for Tuesday morning Bible studies, Wednesday PM ministry, and other ministry special events. Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and security of all children; Maintain a clean environment by thoroughly cleaning toys and surface areas; Interact with members, children and co-workers in a positive manner; Able to kneel, get up and down off the floor and lift children as needed; Follow all policies and procedures. Qualifications: Must have a personal relationship with Jesus and a growing faith; Must be 18+ years of age and have previous experience in childcare or caring for multiple children at once. They must also be able to pass a background check and child safety training.
