“And so what's true in life, it's true in the church. Now, I want to make a clarification as I'm talking about growth here. When I speak of growth, I'm not simply talking about numerical growth. I want to get that very clear.”

“And the growth didn't stop there. After months of prayer and preparation, Warren's fourth campus, Warren Crossbridge, officially launched in January. Their first Sunday saw 151 in attendance. and we've been blessed with continued growth since. In March, Warren Grovetown celebrated an incredible milestone, 10 years of ministry, growth, and God's faithfulness.”

Now, before you kind of get all the alarms up and start bending question marks in your mind, let me make it clear that when I'm speaking about growth, I'm not just talking about numerical growth. How many people, how fast you're growing.”

I'm not content with keeping the same amount of people that we have in the room. I want to produce something. I want more people in the room. I want more spiritual growth. I want people shedding off sins and putting on righteousness. Like I want to see spiritual growth. I want to see physical growth. I won't have to build another building because we keep getting after this thing together. And so I'm setting goals and I'm trying to achieve those goals and I don't wake up a morning thinking, I'm just going to cruise today.”

“And so in order to do that, there's got to be a combination of seed sowing and maturation and time and experience and growth. God's work in His people is much more like agricultural growth and a lot less like technological growth. And to that end, we have to go through these various experiences. So to that end, we're trying to put in place some things that will help you to grow in your relationship with Christ.”
