Day 14 – Monday, October 14

Read … For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned. For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.  Romans 12:3-8

Remember You are a creative God, abundant in all things, generous in all Your ways. I worship You with my life today, Jesus.

Reflect Thank you for the specific gifts You have given me. Thank You for giving me the ability to _____________ (fill in your gifts). Thank You for using me to encourage and minister to others.

Renew Reveal a new gift or a new way I can use my gifts for You. Get me out of my comfort zone as You move me into a deeper knowledge of You by using me in my church, community and country to fulfill Your great commission. In the powerful name of Jesus, amen.

Spread out your petition before God, and then say,

“Thy will, not mine, be done.” The sweetest lesson I have learned

in God’s school is to let the Lord choose for me.
