Remember … You are a faithful God of never-ending love and constant hope. Your ways are perfect because You are perfect. All praise is Yours, my God and Savior!
Respond … I am sometimes unfaithful to you, my love falls short and is based on conditions at times, and I often put my hopes in things other than You. This is wrong, and I am sorry. Please forgive me for sinning against You in these ways.
Reflect … I am so blessed to call You my God and Father. You bless me through Your Word as You instruct me to live faithfully for You. I am blessed by Your love which is unconditional and gives me great security. I am blessed by the hope I have in You. Thank You.
Renew … Empower Your people – the church – to live as faithful servants for You. Help us love everyone, especially those we do not know, and help us place our hope in You and You alone. Give us grace to diligently labor for You so that others may know Your great name and come to know the hope we have in You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Don’t wait for a feeling of love in order to share Christ with a stranger. You already love your heavenly Father,
and you know that this stranger is created by Him, but separated from Him, so take those first steps in evangelism because you love God. It is not primarily out of compassion for humanity that we share our faith or pray for the lost;
