Day 14 – Sunday, February 16

Read I appeal to you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another so that there may be no divisions among you and that you may be perfectly united in mind and thought. 1 Corinthians 1:10

Remember … Jesus, You are the peacemaker. You desire for Your church to live and work in harmony for Your glory. Praise be unto You!

Respond … When I am not in agreement with You, it is usually because I am disconnected with You. I fail to pray and study Your Word. My mind gets cluttered with my humanity rather than the things of God. Forgive me.

Reflect … Thank You for changing my mind when necessary and giving me the grace to be united with my brothers and sisters in Christ.

Renew … Help Your people – the church – have the mindset that though we are soon to be two campuses, we are still one church. We support, love, pray, and serve together as one body. We are one in Christ; therefore, we are one in love and service unto You, oh God. In Jesus’ powerful name, amen.

There is unusual power in united prayer. God has planned for His people to join together in prayer, not only for Christian fellowship, spiritual nurture, and growth, but also for accomplishing His divine purposes and reaching His chosen goals.  ― Wesley L. Duewel
